I was completely lost how to exercise and train in this pregnancy, especially given complications after my first pregnancy and the lasting effects it has had on my body. Alexandra completely opened up the world of training again for me. It felt like I was not only exercising and keeping my body in shape, but also strengthening and preparing my body for the later stages of pregnancy, birth, and post partum. It has re-programmed how I think about exercise or a 'work-out' and given me confidence in my own body again.

“Running became a passion through the pandemic, so when I needed knee surgery for torn cartilage last year, it was a blow to my physical and mental health.
Early on I hooked up with Mike, who set me up with a programme to get me back to running as quickly as possible.
