Personal training with the Practise team allows you to learn how to use movements that align with the bodies design and that are multi beneficial. Old injuries seem to go away, posture re-aligns, efficancy of movement improves all while a beautiful side effect of the real inner you begins to show on the outside.
Pregnancy and postpartum training
Alex is a Pre and Postpartum Specialist working with women in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum, She helps clients with both common and more complex pelvic floor issues associated with child-birth, like diastasis recti, leaking and pelvic organ prolapse.
Many of the "pregnancy and postpartum programs" available can make symptoms worse for a lot of women, this is because they are generic and not dealing with the individuals specific needs. Working with a Pregnancy and Postpartum Specialist will guarantee that you get assessd in the correct way and that exercises are tailored for your body and the issues you might be dealing with.
Alex's method involves a wide range of corrective and postural exercises to re-align the body so it can function effeciently and pain free. She believes that a successful postpartum journey means making women feel confident and capable and to give them the tool set to look after their bodys in a safe way.
